📝 Prenatal Visits & Birth Plan: Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll meet for 1–2 prenatal sessions. We'll create a birth plan, practice comfort techniques, and talk through any concerns.

📞 On-Call Support & Labor Help: Starting at 37 weeks, we’re on call for you 24/7. When labor begins, we’ll meet you at home, birth center, or hospital and stay by your side the entire time.

👶 Postpartum Visit & Ongoing Care: We’ll visit after your birth to check in, offer support, and answer any questions about recovery, newborn care, or feeding.

I will be by your side, utilizing various comfort techniques, including breathing exercises, massage, and positioning guidance.

Postpartum Visits: After your little one arrives, I will offer postpartum support that includes assistance with breastfeeding, baby care, and family adjustment, as well as a follow-up meeting to reflect on your birth experience and address any questions.

Access to Resources: Clients receive exclusive access to a library of resources, including articles, videos, and local referrals for additional services such as lactation consultants and parenting groups.

Emotional Support: Throughout your journey, you'll have ongoing emotional support via phone or text, ensuring you feel connected and reassured at every stage.
